This mini-site was meant as a goodbye present to the Domestics team at Macy's Pleasanton, but I didn't actually leave. I ended up transferring to the Bridal department where I was faced with the task of not only knowing my previous area of expertise, but also housewares, tabletop, and bridal registry procedures. I found the task of learning about other areas fragmented because there was never a unified place with the necessary information well organized.

Since I had already made a site for domestics, it was a relatively small task to add information about the other departments I had to learn about. I've updated the layout and the information since the original incarnation, and I think it's much better looking now.

The first PDF download link you click on will open a new window, and any subsequent PDF downloads will load into that window. I've included a PDF version of the Handbook for easy downloading/printing. The other PDFs are recreations of vital, but often in short supply, forms needed in our work or forms that will hopefully make our lives easier. I haven't figured out how to replicate CRL stickers, handles, shopping bags, or register tape.
